Original Coffee is a Copenhagen based coffee empire with multiple awards for “Best Café” in Copenhagen. For their latest café in Torvehallerne a small 12m2 corner area have been transformed into a coffee shop serving coffee and selling beans by weight. The design is rather minimal and has a clear focus on function, since it is a working area. The materials are handpicked in order to ensure durability and aesthetic values. Details such as integrated coffee weights and custom made acoustic walls with flexible menu- and shelving system creates a truly exclusive and integrating feeling. A small seating area by the windows gives a cozy feeling inside a rather busy hall.
